Performance Lates at Reference Point

Diasporas Now presents the second instalment of the Performance Lates event series at Reference Point, “Resonance,” in collaboration with musician Lucinda Chua.

“Resonance” will feature a somatic, multi-sensory meditation guided by artist Rieko Whitfield of Diasporas Now, a live soundscape created by Lucinda Chua and interactive sound installation by sound artist / DJ Nanzhen Yang.

“Resonance” spotlights artists of the East and South East Asian (ESEA) who celebrate community as an extension of their artistic practices – and the power of embodied sound for collective healing. The event alongside an artist chat with three artists who will be sharing their work in progress and experiences, moderated by Lulu Wang from Diasporas Now.
